In late 2006, SuiteTalk was approached by Abussi Limited, a sector-leader in outsourced IT management, to help with their on-line marketing.

They discussed their communication objectives with us and their podcast campaign began in January 2007.

With a range of professional services designed to offload the burden of IT management, Abussi leave clients free to concentrate on running and growing their businesses.

SuiteTalk needed to convey to listeners - both Abussi's existing clients and prospects - just how Abussi makes a difference to an organisation. In an interesting and listenable way, we needed to create a series of podcasts that would communicate how they bring about change. We wanted to show how they :

analyse operational IT needs and recommend technology to improve processes,

maximise return on investment,

actively monitor mission-critical systems remotely,

ensure systems are secure and effective,

source, supply and commission IT equipment,

manage third party vendors,

and engage with their clients to provide proactive IT development.

Abussi communicates its many IT services by means of a monthly SuiteTalk podcast, followed-up shortly after each transmission date by careful testing and measuring of the web-statistics from their web site.
